Service fees

• Our rates for family therapy, child therapy and consulting services range from $160 to $240 per session

• As a Teaching Clinic with U of T, we are able to offer some low cost service options with our MSW students

• Fees are eligible for reimbursement through OAP funding and most extended benefits plans

• Our rates allow us to invest in research, consultation and professional development that enable us to provide high-quality services

• Workshop rates vary and will be set on a case-by-case basis

Payment options

Attuned Families accepts e-transfers and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Insurance coverage

Insurance coverage for Registered Social Work varies by employer, provider and program. Review your extended benefits plan to verify your coverage and/or compensation for Registered Social Work (RSW) or psychotherapy services. Questions you can ask your provider include: What is the maximum benefit per benefits year? Is there a per session cap and if so, what is it? When does the benefits year start and finish?

Cancellation policy

If you or your child are unable to attend your therapy session, please notify us a minimum of 48-hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the full rate.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is very important to us. Our practice follows all applicable laws and employs software that is PHIPA compliant to safeguard the security and confidentiality of your personal information. Any information you share with us will be kept strictly confidential except in extraordinary circumstances as outlined under the law. Unless prearranged and agreed to by both parties, we do not communicate about clinical issues via e-mail or text message.
